Tchad : La nouvelle Inspectrice Générale d’État Adjointe prête serment.

Nommée le 07 octobre dernier, Inspectrice Générale d’État adjointe, Madame Amalkher Djibrine Souleymane, a prêté serment ce 04 novembre 2020 devant la cour suprême avant de prendre fonction.

La cérémonie s’est déroulée au palais présidentiel en présence du président de la République IDRISS DEBY ITNO. Selon les prescriptions constitutionnelles toujours en vigueur, l’obligation est faite aux hauts responsables de prêter serment confessionnel avant toute prise de fonction. Après s’être conformée à cette exigence, devant la cour suprême présidée par M.Samir Adam Annour, Amalkher Djibrine Souleymane est renvoyée à l’exercice de ses fonctions.

UNE JEUNE FEMME AU PARCOURS TRÈS ÉLOGIEUX

Âgée de 29 ans, Amalkher Djibrine Souleymane est experte en management et gestion des projets, experte comptable, experte en formation en leadership civique. Sur le plan professionnel, son parcours est des plus élogieux eu égard à son jeune âge. Sur le plan continental, elle a été de 2018 a 2020, vice-présidente du conseil économique, social et culturel de l’Union africaine. Au pays, elle a occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilités dont celui de directrice des ressources humaines, de l’informatique et des archives au ministère du pétrole. Très engagée pour la cause féminine, elle est coordonnatrice nationale de l’ONG NIRVANA.
